  Clean once a week after training, or immediately after competitions/high-intensity use to prevent dirt from penetrating the rubber pores.

2. Storage: Avoid Light, Moisture, and Pressure

• Temperature & Humidity Control
  Store in a dry environment at 15°C–25°C, away from heating sources, direct sunlight, or damp areas (e.g., basements). High temperatures accelerate rubber aging, while moisture causes mold and affects elasticity. For long-term storage, use a breathable mesh bag or cardboard box instead of plastic bags (to prevent water vapor buildup).
• Anti-Deformation Measures
  Never stack the balls; store them individually on a dedicated rack or hang them to avoid prolonged pressure that reduces local elasticity. If slight deformation occurs, let the ball rest at room temperature for 24 hours—do not force it back into shape.

3. Usage Norms: Minimize Physical Damage

• Avoid Sharp Contact
  Check the training ground for debris like gravel or glass before use. Athletes should trim nails to prevent scratching the surface (especially manicured nails).
• Control Intensity
  Forbid stepping on, hitting with hard objects, or over-squeezing the ball. Avoid dropping it onto hard surfaces (e.g., concrete)—use carpet or professional gymnastics mats instead.

• Anti-Aging Maintenance
  Apply a food-grade silicone-based rubber protectant every 3 months to form a protective film against oxygen and UV rays. Ensure the product is non-corrosive and keep it away from skin.
• Damage Repair
